Well today was an interesting day... I found support in places and people I would't have thought I would. Many people have sent me messages and called or even pulled me aside at work today to tell me that if I need anything they are there for me ... It is amazing how God puts just the right people in (and back in) to your life just when you need them ...
My dear friend Sherri easily gets motivation from reading stories from thos struggling with weight and through the Biggest Looser and what not ... well I don't ... I am not sure if I am simply just a jerk or a heartless human ... but those things don't work for me.
HOWEVER! I saw an old friend who used to be bigger than me ... and he is now a fitnes model ... yeah ... I know right. WELL, in the words from his mouth ... it is time to let the change begin. LET IT HAPPEN! If you can't just get down and do it ... then don't but no matter what BE HAPPY WITH YOURSELF!
